Proposed Bandshell Project 
A bandshell and restrooms is proposed for the west end of Little Franklin Field. It is envisioned that the bandshell would be used for Hawthorne Day, summer outdoor concerts and community movie nights. Click here for the proposed site plan.

Downtown Streetscape Project

The Borough of Hawthorne has received a grant of federal Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funds (CDBG-DR) through the State of New Jersey and the County of Passaic for the buyout of certain flood-prone residential property near the Passaic River.
