All current licenses expire December 31, 2007 and can be renewed at the Board of Health office Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 4:00 p.m., or mailed to 445 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ  07506.  Make checks payable to 'Borough of Hawthorne' 

ALL PERMITS MUST BE RENEWED NO LATER THAN JANUARY 31, 2008

All Licenses must be posted conspicuously in public view.
