2025 RATES FOR RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS
RESIDENTS
The fee for Hawthorne residents living on streets within the Restricted Parking Area is $2 per vehicle.
The fee for Hawthorne residents not living within the restricted parking area, but parking their vehicle within the restricted area is $10 per vehicle.
2025 RESIDENT APPLICATION
You must provide the following documents with the application:
*Driver’s License *Insurance ID Card *Registration Card
*Proof of Hawthorne Residency: Recent utility bill, tax bill, bank statement, OR lease/mortgage stmt.
