The Records Division maintains accurate and secure documentation of police activity, including incident reports, arrest records, accident reports, and other official files. Records provides access to authorized individuals such as victims, insurance adjusters, or attorneys while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with New Jersey Open Public Records laws. The unit also manages parking permits, canvasing permits and No Knock Registration applications.
The hours of the Records Bureau is 8:30am to 4:30pm
