Mayor Lane's Wellness Institute Campaign 2025 will also include educational initiatives to promote health and wellness throughout the borough. Through public outreach, such as posters, brochures, and other media, the campaign will increase awareness of the importance of physical activity and healthy eating habits, as well as the hazards of smoking, drinking, and drug use. Further, the campaign will provide resources for citizens to learn more about healthy living and to connect with local healthcare providers and wellness programs. In addition, the campaign will create opportunities for citizens to participate in community-based activities such as walks, runs, and fitness classes. Finally, Mayor Lane's Wellness Institute Campaign 2025 will foster collaboration between local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote a healthier lifestyle for Hawthorne's citizens.
