All licenses expire December 31 of the current year and can be renewed at the Board of Health office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cash or checks payable to 'Borough of Hawthorne.' Payment may also be mailed (checks only) with appropriate form to: 445 Lafayette Avenue Suite 201 Hawthorne, NJ 07506
All permits must be renewed no later than January 31.
